A UK govenment initiative to allow nutters to roam the streets.
Seeing the new helpdesk operators we now have on the IT helpdesk it seems that the scheme has now extended to care in the workplace. It's scary how stupid people can be allowed to be put in roles where they are advising and supporting others.
Has the UK contract market for helpdesk people really gone this far down hill?, is an IQ greater than 95 that much to ask?.
I get served by brighter people at the local supermarket.
