Awesome but curious

A while back Seth godin linked to my website in a post at

which was great :)

One thing I found strange was the part he wrote saying "(which has ads, by the way)" referring to the fact that floodle.net has ads. Not that I mind - just curious as to why the comment was included.

I wonder if he'd write the same thing if he linked to the New York times website, or yahoo, or MSN etc..
