Mr Shouty!

Why do people shout on phones!!? - the whole idea is you don't need to shout - technology eh!, so you sit in your open plan office and yell at the phone because no-one else wants to work, we all want to listen to you - shouting.
Who invented open plan offices anyway? - a chicken farmer?; they don't work, continuous distractions are always around, it must knock productivity down by at least 30%.
My job sucks - which is part of the reason I started a blog !
